  • Upload a high quality, clear photo of your pet and provide any special instructions.
  • Once your order is submitted, our team will review the details to ensure we have everything we need.

*If you are ordering for multiple pets, they will be printed together on a single print. To receive separate prints for each pet, please place a separate order for each one.

We Get to Work

  • Our talented artist will start creating a custom portrait that captures your pet's unique personality. Whether it's their soulful eyes, fluffy tail, or quirky charm, every detail is crafted with love and precision.

  • We’ll keep you updated on the progress and may reach out if any additional information is needed.

Review & Approve

  • Before finalising, you'll receive a digital preview of your portrait (so keep an eye on your emails)

  • If you'd like to make any minor tweaks or adjustments, just let us know - we want to make sure you love the finished product!

Important things to note

  • Your pet will be drawn exactly as they appear in the photo you provide unless you specify otherwise.
  • While minor adjustments can be requested, significant changes - such as altering the position or angle of your pet, will require a completely new drawing.
  • We specialise in creating half-body portraits, as shown in our examples.
  • By default, your portrait will be printed on a white background with black font. However, we’re happy to customise the background or text style to suit your preferences - just let us know!
